Made-to-Order and Limited Edition Prints

All prints sold by Sally Mason Photography are made to order and/or produced as limited editions.

As such, they are created specifically in response to your order.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. For this reason, orders for prints cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your print arrives damaged or faulty, please contact sally.mason@zen.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damage.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged in transit, a replacement or refund will be offered.

Refunds

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.
